Bradford City’s popular Bantams in the Courtyard FanZone will return to Darley Street Market for the 2026/27 season, starting on Saturday, August 8. The pre-match hub, hosted before every Saturday home game with a 3pm kick-off, follows a successful trial last season in partnership with the club.

What’s new for Bradford City fans this season?

The FanZone will launch on August 8 with Kingdom Wrestling and the Courtyard Clash, featuring three live wrestling sessions at 12.30pm, 2.30pm, and 5pm. A carnival-style drumming performance by Kirkgate Bateria at 1.30pm will add to the energy. Outdoor bars from Northern Monk and Molson Coors return, serving award-winning beers like the lager Take Me Home.

What activities are on offer?

Fans can enjoy penalty shoot-outs, live music, and appearances by club mascot Billy Bantam. Family entertainment includes free face-painting, basketball, and big-screen match highlights. Inside Darley Street Kitchen, visitors will find gaming, food, and drink options, with the venue open even on non-FanZone matchdays.

When and where can fans attend?

The FanZone runs from 12pm to 2.30pm on scheduled Saturdays, including August 15, September 5, and September 26. Entry is free, and no booking is required. Councillor Ian Walker, Bradford Council’s Executive Member for Neighbourhoods and Communities, said the events are family-friendly and open to all. Further dates and musical line-ups will be announced on Bradford Markets’ website and social media.
